I am a member of the General Osteopathic Council and have experience working in both the NHS and private healthcare sectors.
As a Structural Osteopathic Consultant, I treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. The techniques I use focus on the body’s framework and its connective tissues, and are designed to improve the mobility and stability of joints, as well as reduce muscle spasm, improve circulation and lymphatic drainage.
Prior to becoming an Osteopath, I qualified as a fitness instructor. The knowledge gained on this course has given me the skills to create tailored exercise and rehabilitation programmes helping clients to not only recover quickly from pain and injury, but achieve sustainable results.
Below is a list of conditions which I treat, however, this list is not exhaustive:
Headaches & Migraines
Pregnancy related back & pelvic pain
Hip, knee, ankle and foot pain
Muscular spasms and strains
Nerve pain (e.g Sciatica)
