Booking & Cancellation Policy
All classes must be paid for at the time of booking, either online via the booking system, over the phone using debit/credit card information or in person at the studio.
Classes can be booked up to 30 days in advance and up to 30 minutes prior to the class start time.
Cancellations, No Shows & Late Arrivals
Cancellations should be made via your login on the website or mobile app, we do not accept cancellations by phone or email
We operate a strict 6-hour cancellation policy for all our classes; all cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice will be charged the full class price
Accounts will be debited for no shows and late arrivals
Late arrivals will not be allowed entry in to the class
Classes can be cancelled up to 6 hours before the class start time without incurring a charge.
If a class cancellation is made 6 hours or less prior to the class start time, the class credit will be deducted from the studio user’s account. No refund will be given for the class.
If studio users fail to turn up for class without prior notice (“no-show”), the class credit will be deducted from the studio user’s account. No refund will be given for the class.
NB: Payments are non-refundable or transferable for any reason, including, but not limited to vacation, illness, injury, travel delays and arriving after the class has begun. The cancellation policy applies to all studio users.
If a space becomes available in class 6 hours or more prior to the class start time, the first studio user on the waiting list will be added to the class and the booking system will email and text the studio user a notification. Studio users must opt-in to receive these notifications when registering on the website. The studio user will need to confirm they wish to attend by replying to the notification email or text in order to guarantee their space. If a confirmation is not received four hours prior to the start of class the studio cannot guarantee the availability of the space. Once the space has been confirmed normal booking terms apply.
Class Pass Expiration
Class passes cannot be extended beyond their expiration date. If there is credit remaining on a class pass and the pass expires, the credit will no longer be valid.
Studio Closures & Cancellations
If the studio cancels classes where studio users have been scheduled into the class no credit will be deducted from users’ accounts and the option to re-book another class will be given.
The studio retains the right to close the studio as and when required for the purpose of emergencies, national holidays, maintenance and repairs.
Returned merchandise, excluding used or opened products/packaging, will be fully refunded if returned within 28 days of purchase with a receipt.
