What is Hot Yoga?
Hot yoga is an effective and simple way of maintaining a healthy body and mind; relieving tension and stress, managing injuries and alleviating stiffness, aches and pains.
We teach a variety of warm and hot yoga classes and offer a range of levels to suit different abilities from beginner to advanced. Classes follow a sequence of poses and breathing techniques, allowing you to continually improve your practice and work to your own ability.
Our hot classes are heated to approximately 38°C and our warm classes are heated to approximately 32°C. The heat instantly helps to relax the body and mind allowing you to become more physically and mentally open.
